Education ...
S
eek out the kind of education you need to live the kind of life you want. Generally speaking, school doesn’t provide a good foundation in many of the skill-sets that can positively effect how our lives unfold.
Generally speaking, the same might go for our parents.; who are often not the best people to offer you advice in areas they have not excelled in themselves.
Education though, of all kinds, is readily available; sometimes it costs; sometimes it doesn’t; if you’re extremely lucky, you might be-friend someone who can help you. If you come across someone who is willing to educate you, someone with experience and no ‘hidden agenda’, then you’ve struck gold.
Bottom line though, is this: your education is largely your own responsibility. Whoever you spend time with, and how you spend that time, really, really, really matters. Choose wisely.
