Setting up our own ‘tenure’ …

Tenure, also known as ‘academic tenure’, affords tenured professors the academic freedom to teach, research and publish on a variety of views and interests without fear of termination or retribution.
Being a full time student/teacher in the University of Life - I have spent a few decades on constructing my own form of ‘tenure’. This, for those so inclined, has proven to be a very worthwhile exercise. In times like these, ‘tenure’ is like a warm blanket.
