Have a strong opinion but hold it weakly …

Be open to new points of view, new perspectives and change. I think there is value in coming to decisions (opinions) very quickly. Sometimes we need to evaluate and act quickly.But then, as we gather more data, and/or more experience, we should re-adjust or even change our views and actions.
